SPECIAL PROJECT hiring for short or long term needs guarantees you our immediate response in assigning personnel who “fit” your position requirements. You are charged an hourly rate for only those hours worked and we are responsible for all payroll, reporting, taxes, insurance, and benefits costs.

CONTRACT TO DIRECT hiring is a risk-free way to put someone to work, performing the same function as a full-time individual, without the bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, or benefits costs.  “Contract to Direct” hiring provides a cost-effective manner whereby you can fully assess skills and make accurate work performance predictions prior to the actual hire making your current selection process more accurate and efficient. After a specified period of time they may be brought on as your regular employee. ECI remains the employer of record during the pre-hire period. The employee is kept on our payroll for a pre-determined number of working days and there is never a firm obligation to hire. Should you decide to place the employee on your payroll prior to the “Contract to Direct” hire end date you may do so by paying a service fee based on annual salary.
